TEEN KILLED FAMILIES IDENTIFY ALL 8 VICTIMS KILLED IN ASTROWORLD FESTIVAL: 'WE ARE ALL DEVASTATED' HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- All eight victims who were killed Friday during the  Astroworld Festival disaster  have been publicly identified. The last victim identified is 23-year-old Madison Dubiski of Cypress, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo announced Monday morning in a tweet.
